WHICH FOOD CONTAIN WHICH NUTRITION? (classification essay)

Every person must eat food which contain different types of nutritions in order to have longer and healthier life.Also,eating nourishing food helps our immune system ot cope with diseases and illnesses by making our body more resistable against harmful factors.Morever,food and their nutritions are very important for our daily need.We can catagorize the food in three ways in terms of the type and the amount of the nutritions they contain.
Firstly,the maximum amonut of nutrients can be found in the production of meat suh as chicken,fish and also in the production of grains.There are many important nutrients such as proteins,minerals,vitamins,oils and carbohydrates.If we are deprive of these products in our body,w emay have some illnesses.For instance,anemia,disorder of nevre system so eating meat and grain is more helpful than we think.
Secondly,nutrients can be found in milk and in dairy products such as yoghurt,cheese,butter etc…They have vitamins,protein and minerals.If we don’t consume these products,w emay have some illnesses such as heart disease,disorder of digestion system.We should be aware of aware of the importance of these products and try to consume them.
Finally,nutrients can be found in fruits and vegetables such as orange,tomate,strawberry.They are rich in vitamin C which saves our body against diseases.If we lack of these products and their nutrients,w emay come across some illnesses so we should take some precautions against them.
In coclusion,every food contains different type of nutrients and all of them are benefical for our health.We should be careful about consuming them.
